The company aims to serve a customer base that values quality and versatility in their clothing choices. **Responsibilities:** Execute and monitor all Personnel Department routines: hiring, dismissals, timekeeping, vacations, 13th salary, payroll, social charges, and e-Social. Provide support for generalist HR activities, including Recruitment and Selection, and Training and Development, as needed. Ensure compliance with labor legislation and Fillity’s internal policies.
