**Responsibilities:**
Monitor construction and service execution, verifying compliance with project documents and technical specifications. Supervise construction phases, recording progress, incidents, and non-conformities. Assist in reading and interpreting architectural, structural, and complementary project documents. Verify adherence to technical standards, internal procedures, and quality standards. Coordinate with in-house and third-party teams executing various work fronts.
Previous experience as a Civil Construction Technician, Building Designer, Assistant Engineer, or Site Technician may indicate alignment with some responsibilities of this position.
Completed Technical Certification Required; Relevant Experience Necessary
