Location: Downtown São Paulo – near Anhangabaú metro station (approx. 3 minutes) and Bandeira Bus Terminal
A small-sized company with up to 8 employees seeks an intern to support the Human Resources department, offering opportunities for development and practical learning in administrative routines.
Responsibilities:
* Support in managing internship contracts
* Attendance tracking (entry and exit times)
* Organizing payroll and commission spreadsheets
* Supporting office organization and administrative routines
* Managing schedules, appointments, and visitor logs
* Answering phone calls and scheduling meetings
* Receiving visitors, including managers from financial institutions
Requirements:
* Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields (from 1st year onward)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
* Basic computer literacy
* Availability to work during the specified schedule
* Proactive, organized profile with strong willingness to learn
Working Hours:
* Monday to Friday
* 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (6 hours per day)
* Weekly total: 30 hours
Stipend and Benefits:
* Monthly stipend: R$ 1.500,00
* Transportation allowance: R$ 300,00
