Our story is defined by **innovation, responsibility, and people who make a difference**. **Job Description:** **General Services Operator (Condominium)** We are seeking a General Services Operator to work in the Condominium Maintenance department at the Anhanguera unit, responsible for cleaning, maintenance, and organization of environments, as well as providing support in maintenance and general support activities for local requirements. **Your Responsibilities:** * Perform waste collection, cleaning, and organization of indoor and outdoor areas; * Sanitize common areas, elevators, restrooms, offices, and other facilities; * Support maintenance tasks such as simple repairs (e.g., faucets), painting, gardening, and minor civil construction activities, when required; * Properly use personal protective equipment (PPE); * Assist in moving furniture and equipment; * Support event organization, when applicable; * Report any irregularities or anomalies identified in the condominium to the supervisor. **What We Look For In You** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in this role; * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and accountability; * Proactivity, willingness to learn, and teamwork. **Benefits Offered:** * Market-competitive salary; * On-site meals; * Transportation allowance; * Meal voucher (attendance bonus R$ 155.00\); * Health insurance (50% covered by the company); * Daycare assistance (for women with children up to 5 years and 11 months); * Life insurance; * Partnerships with SESC and universities; * Christmas Kit. **Work Model / Schedule:** On-site – 5x2 \| Monday to Friday – 07:00 to 16:48 **Work Location:** VS Anhanguera Logistics Center \- Rod.
