If you want to join a continuously evolving company that is raising the bar and opening new opportunities, Apostou may be your next step. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan and execute mobile user acquisition campaigns on Google UAC, Meta App Ads, Apple Search Ads, TikTok for Business, and specialized mobile ad networks (DSPs). * Manage Apostou.bet’s mobile budget with daily optimization of bids, creatives, audiences, geolocation, and scheduling — targeting aggressive CAC FTD and ROAS D\-0 metrics. * Implement and monitor deep\-linking events, SKAdNetwork (iOS 14\+), and postbacks in MMPs (Appsflyer, Adjust, Singular) — ensuring end-to-end tracking integrity. * Design and guide the production of mobile-specific creatives — short vertical videos, playable ads, dynamic banners — in collaboration with the Content team. Optimize the full mobile funnel — impression → click → install → registration → FTD* → D7/D30 retention — working closely with Lifecycle & CRM to monitor post\-activation performance. * Conduct continuous A/B tests on mobile — creatives, bidding strategies, look\-alike audiences, formats, geolocation — with hypotheses, controls, and statistical interpretation. * Monitor key mobile metrics (CPI, CAC FTD, ROAS D\-0, D7/D30 retention, LTV per channel) and report weekly to the Head of Performance Marketing. * Implement active protection against mobile fraud — install fraud, click injection, device farms, SDK spoofing — using anti-fraud tools and rules within MMPs. * Support the ASO (App Store Optimization) strategy for Apostou.bet on Google Play and Apple App Store, optimizing organic conversion as a complement to paid media. * Experiment with new mobile channels and networks (Kwai, native TikTok mobile, specialized DSPs, emerging networks) as operational maturity allows. * Collaborate with Technology & Product teams on mobile event instrumentation, ensuring proper SDK functionality and integration enhancements. * Collaborate with the Performance Marketing Specialist on tracking validation, attribution governance, and reconciliation between MMP and data warehouse. * Ensure regulatory compliance of mobile campaigns — SPA, CONAR, Apple/Google policies for betting apps, responsible gaming. * Leverage AI as an extension of technical work — hypothesis generation for testing, performance analysis, creative variant creation, bidding optimization, and fraud detection. Requirements: **What We Expect From You \| Mandatory for This Role** * Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business Administration, Communications, Public Relations, or related fields. * Minimum 3 years of experience in digital paid media, with specific focus on mobile/app marketing in high-volume verticals (iGaming, fintech, mobility, games, digital entertainment). * Proven hands-on experience operating MMPs and SKAdNetwork is mandatory. * Advanced management of Google UAC, Meta App Ads, Apple Search Ads, and TikTok mobile. * Tools — GA4, Firebase, Looker/Power BI, advanced spreadsheets, basic SQL. **Nice-to-Have Qualifications That Will Strengthen Your Application:** * iGaming experience is a significant advantage. * Appsflyer Certified Partner, Adjust Certified, Google Ads certifications, Meta Blueprint, TikTok Academy.
