Job Summary: Design and implement integrated solutions between Azure and AWS, ensuring high availability, scalability, observability, and security of applications, in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams. Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to plan, architect, and execute the integration strategy between the two environments. **This position is ideal for you if you:** Multicloud Architecture Planning: * Analyze functional and non-functional application requirements. * Design the solution architecture to integrate Azure and AWS, considering: * Service-to-service communication (APIs, private networks, gateways). * Identity management (Azure AD, AWS IAM). * Redundancy and disaster recovery (DR) strategies. * Ensure systems comply with financial industry regulations. Integration Between Applications on Azure and AWS: * Configure hybrid networks and connect Azure VNets with AWS VPCs using VPNs or Direct Connect. * Implement data synchronization strategies (Data Lake, databases, message queues such as Azure Service Bus and Amazon SQS). * Use services for orchestration and automation. * Plan and support execution of a centralized observability system for both AWS and Azure environments. Team Interaction: * Collaborate with development, operations (DevOps), and security teams to align architecture with technical strategy. * Share multicloud architecture best practices. * Serve as the focal point for resolving technical issues related to platform integration. Implementation of Best Practices and Security: * Ensure security, compliance, and governance practices are applied across both clouds. * Configure monitoring and alerts using tools such as Azure Monitor, AWS CloudWatch, and centralized systems. Solution Lifecycle Management: * Track architecture implementation and conduct periodic validations to ensure solution performance. * Document architecture, data flows, and technical decisions. Technical Leadership: * Act as a mentor for other technical team members, promoting learning about Azure and AWS. * Propose innovations and creative solutions for complex integration challenges. **It would be great if you have:** * Proficiency in microservices, distributed systems, and security-by-design. * System modeling using tools such as C4 Model or UML. * Strong understanding of containers and serverless technology. * Experience working in Agile frameworks, such as Scrum or Kanban. * Ability to translate technical terms for diverse stakeholders. * Azure: Networking (Azure VNet), Identity (Azure AD), Services (Functions, Service Bus, Storage). * AWS: Networking (VPC, Direct Connect), Compute (EC2, Lambda), Integration (SQS, SNS). * Multicloud: Practical knowledge of tools and patterns for hybrid environments. * Fluent English: Communication with global teams and technical documentation. * Desired Certifications: * + Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert. + AWS Certified Solutions Architect Professional. **Where You’ll Be Based:** * São Paulo, Hybrid — 2 days per week at the client site or at the company’s Moema office. **Benefits of Being an e-Corean!** We offer a flexible benefits package: with e-Core BeneFlex, our e-Coreans can build a personalized benefits package according to their profile and needs.
