Opportunity to work with Cisco and cloud technologies Job Description: **Responsibilities:** * Provide L2/L3 support for **LAN, WLAN, WAN, and SD****‑****WAN** across South America and the Caribbean. * Configure, operate, and troubleshoot **Cisco Catalyst, Cisco Nexus, and Cisco Wireless** infrastructure. * Administer and support **Cisco SD****‑****WAN** (Viptela/cEdge) platforms. * Manage and troubleshoot **Palo Alto** firewalls, including policies, NAT, VPN, and integrations. * Monitor network performance using **LogicMonitor**, and respond to alerts or degradations. * Perform root cause analysis and implement permanent improvements for recurring issues. * Support network upgrades, lifecycle renewals, and deployment of new sites or expansions. * Maintain accurate documentation, including diagrams, inventories, and configuration records. * Collaborate with global and regional teams on technical initiatives and improvements. * Ensure compliance with network security standards, segmentation rules, and audit requirements. * Support cloud network connectivity (**Azure/AWS/GCP**), including routing, VPN, and integrations. * Use **ServiceNow** ITSM for incident, change, request, and problem management. * Use Jira for project tracking, task management, and workflow coordination. * Coordinate with telecom providers and vendors to resolve connectivity or equipment issues. * Communicate\-effectively in English and Spanish to support regional sites and stakeholders. (External) Brazilian Portuguese Qualifications: **Requirements:** Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent experience. Strong hands-on experience with: * Cisco Catalyst and Nexus switching * Cisco Wireless technologies * Cisco SD‑WAN (Viptela/cEdge) * Palo Alto firewalls * Cloud networks (Azure, AWS, GCP) * Monitoring/APM tools, especially LogicMonitor * Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for creating and updating network diagrams. * Solid understanding of TCP/IP, VLANs, OSPF/BGP, QoS, DNS/DHCP. * Experience with ServiceNow * Ability to work in English and Spanish. **Preferred:** * CCNA or CCNP certifications; Palo Alto PCNSA/PCNSE is a plus. * Experience with network visibility tools (e.g., DNA Center, ThousandEyes). * Familiarity with data center network operations. * Basic automation experience (Python, Ansible). * Knowledge of ITIL processes. **Soft Skills** * Strong sense of responsibility and autonomy. * Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Effective communication in multicultural environments. * Ability to independently manage multiple priorities. **Location:** São Paulo / Hybrid – South Zone (Morumbi Region): 2 days onsite, 3 days remote **Join our team today!
