




Job Summary: The Art Editor will be responsible for managing editorial projects, controlling deadlines and quality, managing suppliers, and developing graphic designs for educational materials. The selected professional will be responsible for the following activities: * Managing editorial projects; * Controlling project timelines, costs, and quality; * Managing various suppliers within the scope of each project under their responsibility—selecting professionals, defining art\-finalization and image processing briefings, and guiding work within the project’s scope and quality parameters; * Developing graphic designs for educational materials aligned with Movimenta Group’s educational objectives; * Reviewing supplier files for adjustments and final preparation for printing; * Verifying, finalizing, and approving catalog titles for printing; * Analyzing and validating visual identities and illustrations for projects; * Creating marketing materials when necessary; * Supporting pedagogical activities focused on presentation development; * Typesetting and applying text amendments when necessary; * Analyzing competing products to strengthen Movimenta’s offerings; **REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Publishing, or related fields; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word; Excel; PowerPoint); * Proficiency in InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop; * Familiarity with Sigil and Adobe Digital Editions is desirable; * Skills in image manipulation—including editing, retouching, and compositing; * Understanding of color theory, typography, and layout; * Knowledge of pre\-press, printing, and post\-press processes (RGB vs. CMYK color standards, file preparation for printing, preflight checks, imposition for printing, and graphic finishing techniques);
