Job Summary: The Trivia concessionaire, part of the Comporte Group, is seeking a Specialized Maintenance Technician to support the operation and modernization of the railway system in São Paulo. Conduct technical studies to improve performance and reduce costs. **Trivia is the Comporte Group concessionaire responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot. Located in the East Zone of São Paulo’s capital city, these lines serve over 4.6 million people daily and constitute one of the city’s primary commuting corridors.** **In addition to operation and maintenance, Trivia will assume responsibility for modernizing the region’s railway system. We currently have an opportunity for a Specialized Maintenance Technician to join our Workshop, Laboratory, and Auxiliary Vehicles teams.** **If you meet the requirements for this opportunity, please apply—and don’t forget to share it with your professional network.** **Our job openings are inclusive.** **\#TriviaTrens \#opportunities** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Support the development of engineering technical documents, such as: Maintenance Plans and Schedules, maintenance task lists, technical specifications for services and equipment; * Support the development of technical operational procedures focused on Operational Safety and best maintenance practices; * Support technical failure analysis of equipment, developing action plans to mitigate recurrence using root cause analysis tools to improve performance, reduce costs, and enable condition-based maintenance; * Support the study and development of materials and suppliers, focusing on continuous improvement and cost reduction; * Monitor field maintenance activities (preventive and corrective) to verify adherence to technical documents developed by Engineering; * Support the maintenance team in contractual management, liaising with external suppliers to ensure smooth implementation of asset deployment projects; * Support and participate in training sessions for the team, emphasizing correct asset usage, Operational Safety, and knowledge sharing; * Promote a safe working environment, ensuring all team members correctly use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and comply with occupational safety regulations. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Mandatory Requirements:** * Completed technical education in the following fields: Electrotechnology, Mechanical Engineering, Electronics, or related disciplines; * Proven experience in maintenance of: Railway and/or Metro-Railway Auxiliary Vehicles; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Advanced Excel; * Familiarity with documentation platforms such as Docnix or similar; * Knowledge of SAP – Plant Maintenance (PM) module; * Brazilian driver’s license, Category B; * Intermediate English proficiency. **Desirable Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation and Control Engineering, or related fields such as Industrial Automation Technology or Power Electrical Systems; * Experience with implementation projects for systems including: Auxiliary Vehicles, Drop Tables, Train Washing Machines, Wheel Lathe Machines, Overhead Cranes; * Experience maintaining Mechanical Workshop Equipment, including: Drop Tables, Train Washing Machines, Wheel Lathe Machines, Overhead Cranes; * Familiarity with MS Project; * Familiarity with Power BI for developing managerial dashboards; * Advanced English proficiency. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** Health insurance (Sulámerica) Life insurance Meal or food allowance: BRL 1\.154,00 Transportation voucher Gympass Profit-sharing program (PLR) **Trivia is the Comporte Group concessionaire responsible for the future operation and maintenance of São Paulo’s metropolitan train Lines 11–Coral, 12–Safira, and 13–Jade, collectively known as the Alto Tietê Lot.
