Econ Construtora is a civil construction company specializing in residential and commercial projects. With a qualified team, it consistently strives for excellence in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** Prepare executive budgets for residential developments by analyzing approved designs across all disciplines. Perform quantitative takeoff of all services and materials required for construction. Source and quote required materials and services, recording information in the MEGA system. Prepare provisional budgets for residential developments by analyzing designs at the earthwork, foundation, and retaining wall execution stages, estimating other costs using parametric data. Conduct feasibility studies to support the New Business Department’s land acquisition decisions based on parametric data. Conduct feasibility studies to validate products for the Development Department using parametric data. Conduct comparative cost studies among construction solutions to support decision-making in Projects, Products, and Engineering departments. Previous experience as a Budget Analyst, Cost Specialist, Budget Coordinator, or Budget Consultant may indicate alignment with some activities of this position. Bachelor’s degree required.
