You will work side-by-side with PMs, Design, Engineering, Data, Operations, and Game Integrity to turn real player problems (cash, SNG, and MTT) into deliverables that move business metrics, in a dynamic, data-driven environment. **Key Responsibilities:** * Support problem discovery (interviews, data/telemetry/hand history analysis, lobby and tournament benchmarking) and clearly define problems; * Help write user stories and acceptance criteria for topics such as lobby & rankings, table/tournament creation, buy-in/cashier, FTUE/onboarding, loyalty/rakeback, and in-app communication; * Organize the backlog and support rituals (planning, daily, review, retro), ensuring cross-functional alignment. * Create simple prototypes (Figma/no-code), support usability testing and A/B experiments (e.g., lobby ranking, MTT calendar, offers/bonuses); Track key metrics: registration-KYC-deposit-first hand funnel, table occupancy, SNG/MTT fill rate, concurrency (CCU), hands/hour, crashes/incidents, and player satisfaction; * Build dashboards/reports and communicate results, learnings, and next steps; * Support UAT/QA for the Poker client (mobile/desktop/web), including payment/withdrawal flows and KYC/Compliance requirements; * Collaborate with Risk & Integrity on monitoring signals (e.g., multi-accounting, collusion) and continuously improving rules and protections; * Monitor Poker trends (formats, KO/progressive, late reg/re-entry, blind/payout structures) and bring insights to aid prioritization. Requirements: **Prerequisites:** * 0–2 years of experience (internships/traineeships count) in Product, Data, Operations, UX, or Engineering for digital products; * Understanding of product lifecycle, metrics, and experimentation (A/B testing); * Above-average organizational and written communication skills (stories, requirements, release notes); * Familiarity with Figma, project management tools (Jira/Trello), spreadsheets, and basic data analysis; * Curious mindset, ownership mentality, fast learning ability, and comfort operating at high velocity; * Intermediate English is welcome. **Desirable:** * Basic SQL/Python; GA4/Amplitude/Mixpanel/BI; understanding of Poker concepts (hand rankings, blinds, buy-in, rake/rakeback) and KYC/payments. **This position is 100% onsite in the Pinheiros region, São Paulo - SP — non-negotiable! ;)** **Contract: PJ**
