Promoting best development practices and technical growth of the team. **Job Description:** We are seeking a **Tech Lead** to provide technical leadership for strategic projects, focusing on architecture, system integration, and software engineering best practices. This position requires strong expertise in the Microsoft .NET stack. We seek a professional who serves as a technical reference, capable of making architectural decisions, supporting the team in development, and ensuring delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performance solutions. ### **Responsibilities** * Provide technical leadership to the .NET development team, promoting best practices in Development, Maintenance, Architecture, and Engineering; * Participate in technical and business decisions, collaborating with teams such as Product, Data, and Infrastructure; * Ensure quality, security, and performance of .NET applications, both in new solutions and legacy systems; * Support implementation of CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and DevOps practices; * Act as a technical facilitator in agile ceremonies and refinement processes; * Support integration of .NET solutions with other platforms (e.g., Salesforce, where applicable); * Conduct code reviews, mentor developers, and foster the team’s technical growth. ### **Requirements** * Experience in .NET development and technical leadership in projects (.NET Core / Framework); * Experience with SQL Server and/or relational and non-relational databases; * Proficiency with version control tools (Git), continuous integration, and DevOps; * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban); * Availability to work in a hybrid model (2 days per week in Guarulhos \- SP); * Experience in Azure cloud environments; ### **Nice-to-Have** * Prior experience with **Salesforce** (integrations, data, or customizations). ### **Employment Type:** CLT or PJ ### **Required Knowledge and Skills:** .NET, .NET Core, SQL Server, Relational and Non-Relational Databases, Git, DevOps, Agile Methodologies, Azure ### **Benefits:** Childcare Assistance, Remote Work Assistance, Totalpass, Study Assistance, Birthday Day Off, Health Insurance, Dental Insurance, Life Insurance, Flexible Meal Allowance, Transportation Allowance ### **Department:** Growth \& Digital Strategy
