Job Summary: A professional to participate in projects and improvements, performing analysis and Level 2 support for SAP SD, FI, and POSDM systems, modeling processes, and ensuring scope, schedule, cost, and quality. Key Highlights: 1. Participation in projects and improvements focused on SAP ERP and S4/HANA. 2. Level 2 support and development of system customizations. 3. Interaction with internal customers and vendors for demand management. Description: Required Skills: * Knowledge of business processes integrated with SAP ERP (SD, FI, POSDM) and S4/HANA solutions * Knowledge of Retail business processes and SAP systems and POS (Point-of-Sale) systems * Knowledge of integration interfaces (API, RFC, SOAP, etc.) * Communication and relationship-building skills * Ability to work in multidisciplinary teams; self-management aligned with continuous learning * Problem-solving ability, proactivity, adaptability, and sense of urgency * Analytical and problem-solving skills * Communication and relationship-building skills Preferred Qualifications: * Bachelor's degree in Administration, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Systems Analysis, Information Systems, or related fields * SAP functional certification in SD, ABAP * Knowledge of Oracle PL/SQL and SQL Server * Prior experience in SAP projects or Point-of-Sale (POS) system implementations * Negotiation skills (listening, understanding, and facilitating process improvements) * Ability to work independently with minimal direction/supervision * Advanced English and Spanish Key Responsibilities: * Participate in projects and/or root-cause improvement initiatives for operations * Perform analysis and Level 2 support, applying solutions to SAP SD, FI, and POSDM support requests * Develop and implement customizations and improvements in existing company systems, interacting with internal customers to define business rules, managing configurations, functionalities, and testing through implementation * Model new Support processes and propose continuous improvements * Ensure project scope, schedule, cost, and quality * Interact with vendors to manage demands and/or third-party executed projects * Build a knowledge base of implemented solutions * Develop KPIs, status reports, and schedules for Support improvements 2512040202181900731
