Your role is essential in maintaining platform stability, investigating operational issues, and proposing technical solutions that improve internal workflows. You will serve as the point of support for validations, corrections, and automation of processes involving games, financial transactions, campaigns, and system integrations. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Provide internal technical support to other departments on matters related to the platform; * Analyze failures in games, transactions, system errors, and operational inconsistencies; * Query databases via SQL for case investigation and evidence generation; * Automate operational processes; * Support the development and maintenance of dashboards focused on operational KPIs; * Validate internal requests, ensuring integrity and logical consistency of requested changes; * Log and track tickets in Desk Manager, maintaining up-to-date documentation in SharePoint; * Collaborate with the Systems and Level 3 Support teams for issue fixes and deployment of improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields; * Proficiency in SQL databases (queries, filters, joins); * Programming logic and ability to understand scripts and integrations; * Analytical reasoning for solving technical and operational problems; * Organizational skills to clearly document and record processes. **Additional Information** Transportation Allowance Meal Allowance Medical Assistance Dental Assistance Life Insurance Daily Breakfast (yes, every single day!)
