





Special Segments Sr Country: Brazil As a specialist on the Special Segment Strategy team, you will be responsible for: * Defining the vision, positioning, and strategic drivers for the low-income segment * Monitoring the market and peers, understanding how they monetize this audience and identifying opportunities/threats * Continuously evaluating whether the current strategy aligns with market conditions, regulations, and the bank’s objectives * Tracking key performance indicators (customers, revenue, margin, churn, attrition, full P&L) and assessing whether we are on track to deliver target results * Proposing course corrections (commercial levers, product, channels, pricing, costs) to maximize the segment’s value in the medium and long term * Monitoring the active customer base, ensuring achievement of Goals/OKRs * Tracking the customer mix by acquisition lever and income source/formality * Monitoring customer acquisition cost (CAC) and lever efficiency * Tracking activation, relationship, and monetization levels by cohort * Producing executive performance insights, consolidating an integrated view of segment results * Interpreting result variations and correlations according to macro/micro and internal/external scenarios * Organizing and leading agendas and governance frameworks for results tracking and initiative/action follow-up Required knowledge, skills, and/or experience: * Experience in Segments, Products, Strategy, or Financial Planning structures * Strong analytical capability, strategic vision, and results orientation * Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for developing studies and executive presentations * Tracking activation, relationship, and monetization levels by cohort * Producing executive performance insights, consolidating an integrated view of segment results * Interpreting result variations and correlations according to macro/micro and internal/external scenarios * Experience building business cases and conducting P&L analysis by segment, product, or channel * Advanced English or Spanish Desirable: Prior experience with low-income segments / financial inclusion Knowledge of retail banking products: accounts, cards, loans, microcredit, insurance, and investments Data analysis and basic modeling (SQL, Oracle, Lake, Python or R for queries and databases; or BI tools such as Power BI / Tableau) Differentiator: Experience in Strategy or Portfolio Management areas
