Plan, facilitate, and execute teaching and learning activities in virtual environments, encouraging active participation, collaboration, and student autonomy. Provide continuous guidance and support to students, clarifying doubts, stimulating reflection, and delivering constructive pedagogical feedback to support academic development. Design and administer diversified assessment instruments aligned with learning objectives, providing input to enhance the educational process. Continuously improve knowledge of emerging technologies, teaching methodologies, and EaD trends. Promote pedagogical innovation and, where appropriate, conduct research related to one’s field of expertise and EaD practices. Ensure content relevance and currency in relation to labor market demands and scientific and technological advancements in the field.
