Development of visual identity and product prototypes **Job Mission** ------------------- Work multidisciplinarily across **UX/UI, systems/requirements analysis, and quality assurance (QA)** to contribute to the development of efficient, accessible, and user-centered digital solutions. The professional will be responsible for supporting activities ranging from **defining user experience and gathering requirements** to **validating deliverables and ensuring quality**, thereby aligning business needs, user experience, and technical feasibility. **Job Responsibilities** ------------------------------ * Design, maintain, and evolve the **visual identity of digital products**, ensuring design consistency and user experience. * Create **wireframes, prototypes (low- and high-fidelity), and design system components** to support interface development. * Lead or support **UX Research** activities, such as user interviews and usability testing. * Support the **gathering of functional and non-functional requirements** with clients and stakeholders. * Prepare **functional and technical documentation** to support development teams. * Support technical understanding of integrations and functionalities involving **APIs and data structures**. * Develop **test plans**, test scenarios, and test cases. * Execute **functional, regression, and load testing**, ensuring delivery quality. * Perform **API testing** using tools such as Postman or Insomnia. * Support initiatives related to **automated testing and continuous software quality improvement**. * Handle **initial internal or operational requests**, performing registration, preliminary analysis, and routing to responsible areas when necessary. * Contribute to **problem resolution and continuous process and product improvement**. **Requirements** -------------- * Practical experience or knowledge in **UX/UI, requirements analysis, and software testing**. * Proficiency with design tools such as **Figma or Adobe XD**. * Experience creating **wireframes, prototypes, and design systems**. * Knowledge of **gathering and documenting functional and non-functional requirements**. * Experience developing and executing **test plans and functional/regression tests**. * Knowledge of **API testing using tools such as Postman or Insomnia**. * Basic understanding of **HTML and CSS**, including awareness of technical impact on interfaces. * Familiarity with **databases and SQL**. * Conceptual knowledge of **APIs (REST and JSON)**. * Experience or familiarity with **agile methodologies (Scrum and Kanban)**. **Desirable Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Knowledge or experience with **test automation (functional and regression)**. * Experience with **UX Research and usability testing**. * Knowledge of **digital accessibility (WCAG)**. * Experience with **responsive design and mobile-first approaches**. * Basic knowledge of **programming logic or development languages**. * Familiarity with **tools or concepts related to Artificial Intelligence applied to digital products or QA**. **Required Competencies** ---------------------------- * Empathy and focus on user experience. * Analytical thinking and problem-solving ability. * Ability to simplify complex systems and processes. * Clear communication with technical teams and stakeholders. * Organization and management of multiple tasks. * Critical ability to analyze solutions and drive continuous improvement. * Collaboration and teamwork in multidisciplinary environments.
