The way we drive what we build strengthens our ambition to continue growing constantly. **Position: Accounting Specialist – São Paulo/SP (On-site)** We are seeking an **Accounting Specialist** to work at a financial institution, ensuring compliance with accounting and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** ✅ Knowledge of analysis, reconciliation, and development of accounting procedures; ✅ Fulfill requests from supervisory and regulatory authorities; ✅ Analyze and report accounting and non-accounting reports; ✅ Handle internal and external audits and regulatory bodies; ✅ Monitor normative instructions and resolutions issued by the Central Bank of Brazil, ensuring the quality and consistency of information provided to the Central Bank. ✅ Knowledge of reconciliation routines for credit cards, fixed income, credit operations, limits, overdraft facilities, compulsory reserves, and the Credit Guarantee Fund (FGC). **Requirements:** Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences \+ active CRC registration; Solid experience in Central Bank (Bacen) and IFRS9 accounting (financial institutions); Knowledge of credit portfolio and PDD reconciliations and analyses; Intermediate / Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency; Desired knowledge of ERP systems: Totvs, Oracle, Autbank.
