Promotes culture, values, and diversity **Company/Work Location**: Jardins \- SP **Working Hours:** Monday to Friday, business hours **Responsibilities:** ➡️ Supervise the entire employee lifecycle; ➡️ Identify training needs and develop capacity-building programs for the team, promoting continuous employee growth; ➡️ Serve as guardian and promoter of the company’s culture, values, diversity, and inclusion, fostering a positive and engaging work environment; ➡️ Manage absences, medical certificates, vacations, and timekeeping; ➡️ Occasionally represent the company in court proceedings, among other duties relevant to the role. Requirements: ✅ Completed undergraduate degree; ✅ Experience across various HR areas (recruitment, training, compensation, labor relations, etc.); ✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
