Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional for general maintenance and cleaning of a restaurant, including common areas, kitchen, and grease trap. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive cleaning of restrooms, glass surfaces, and sidewalks. 2. Ongoing maintenance of kitchen hygiene and organization. 3. Responsibility for grease trap cleaning and maintenance. We require a candidate with experience in restaurant daily operations. This position involves cleaning customer restrooms, restaurant glass surfaces, and the sidewalk. During work hours, sinks must be kept clean and free of dishes, cutlery, and cookware. Shared spaces must remain clean and organized. The restaurant is equipped with a dishwashing machine for dishes and cutlery. Grease trap cleaning and maintenance.
