Then this opportunity may be right for you! **Main Responsibilities:** Map, design, and review organizational processes, ensuring standardization and efficiency in daily operations; Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 requirements; Develop and update manuals, procedures, work instructions, and forms; Conduct internal audits and on-site verification visits, ensuring compliance with standards, policies, and operational procedures; Identify nonconformities and propose corrective and preventive action plans; Monitor quality indicators and perform critical analysis of results; Support managers and support departments in implementing improvements and best management practices; Maintain control and traceability of QMS documents, ensuring compliance with legal and internal requirements. **Mandatory Requirements:** ✅ Completed or ongoing undergraduate degree in Business Administration, Production Engineering, Quality Management, or related fields; ✅ Prior experience with internal audits, process mapping, and routine standardization; ✅ Practical knowledge of ISO 9001 and its guidelines; ✅ Analytical ability, attention to detail, and commitment to results; ✅ Proficiency in Excel (intermediate/advanced) and process flow tools (e.g., Bizagi, Draw.io, Lucidchart, or Visio); ✅ Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively within multidisciplinary teams; ✅ ISO 9001 Internal Auditor certification or experience with certification processes is desirable. **We Offer:** **Salary:** R$ 3659,81 **Meal Voucher:** R$ 31,21 per business day **Food Allowance:** 10% of base salary (R$ 365,98\) **Transportation Voucher:** R$ 22,00 per business day (if required) **Medical and Dental Plan:** 50% co-payment Gym partnership – Total Pass An environment focused on excellence, learning, and continuous improvement A collaborative culture that values quality and operational innovation **Minimum Education Level:** Undergraduate Degree
