Plan and deliver hands-on and theoretical training for cooks, team leaders, kitchen managers, and other employees requiring refresher training. * Plan and deliver training for the dining room and service teams. **Process Standardization and On-the-Job Field Support** * Standardize and reinforce procedures for food preparation, cooking, storage, and plating; monitor kitchen operations, evaluate performance, correct issues in real time, and reinforce hygiene, food safety (GMP, HACCP, FIFO, etc.) standards. * Standardize dining room processes, instructing staff on service excellence and sales techniques. **Proficiency Assessment** * Administer hands-on and theoretical assessments to evaluate employees’ knowledge level and proficiency after training, and monitor performance indicators to ensure they meet required standards. **Material Analysis** * Implement and reinforce operational manuals and recipe cost technical sheets, applying hands-on and theoretical assessments.
