As an **Operational Trainer** at FIT Group, you will be the driving force behind excellence in executing our operations. Your mission is to ensure team standardization, safety, and productivity by delivering practical support and field insights that form the foundation for continuous development and strategic operational decisions. Your key responsibilities and duties include: **Conducting Hands-On Training** * Serve as the guardian of the menu tied to each brand. Plan and deliver hands-on and theoretical training for cooks, team leaders, kitchen managers, and other employees requiring refresher training. * Plan and deliver training for the dining room and service teams. **Process Standardization and On-the-Job Field Support** * Standardize and reinforce procedures for food preparation, cooking, storage, and plating; monitor kitchen operations, evaluate performance, correct issues in real time, and reinforce hygiene, food safety (GMP, HACCP, FIFO, etc.) standards. * Standardize dining room processes, instructing staff on service excellence and sales techniques. **Proficiency Assessment** * Administer hands-on and theoretical assessments to evaluate employees’ knowledge level and proficiency after training, and monitor performance indicators to ensure they meet required standards. **Material Analysis** * Implement and reinforce operational manuals and recipe cost technical sheets, applying hands-on and theoretical assessments. Identify training needs and develop plans for continuous training. Collaborate with the Training Manager by suggesting adjustments to SOPs and instructional materials, ensuring content reflects the store’s operational reality. **Store Management Support** * Support operational leaders on topics related to operational processes, identifying team gaps and proposing targeted training interventions. **Recordkeeping and Reporting** * Maintain records of attendance, participation, and assessment scores for all trainings and evaluations, reporting results and reinforcement needs to leadership. Prepare technical visit and product performance reports, and propose operational improvements aimed at maximizing group value delivery. These reports and proposals will serve as the primary tool for developing more effective visual and textual materials. **Execution of Processes** * Train employees to uphold internal standards, including food preparation, kitchen organization, and dining room service.
