We are seeking a Cybersecurity Coordinator to lead the evolution of the company's information security, coordinating people, vendors, processes, and controls focused on protecting digital assets, corporate systems, digital identities, access rights, data, cloud environments, critical infrastructure, and operational units. This professional will be responsible for coordinating security operations, identity and access management, vulnerability management, incident response, privileged account security, vendor assessments, user awareness, risk governance, and security initiatives in IT/OT environments. They will also be responsible for leading the IAM Analyst, ensuring that access provisioning, review, revocation, and monitoring processes adhere to the principles of least privilege, segregation of duties, traceability, and compliance with the company's internal policies. We seek a candidate with both technical and strategic vision, executive communication skills, experience in cybersecurity, and a pragmatic mindset to elevate security maturity without losing sight of business continuity and operational reality.
