Leadership in team management and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders We are conducting a confidential selection process for the position of **Implementation Supervisor**, a professional who will directly coordinate field teams responsible for technical installations in residential condominiums and commercial buildings. We seek a candidate who is **communicative, organized, proactive, and possesses strong logical reasoning**, capable of managing field teams, administering schedules, and interacting with various stakeholders—including building managers (syndics), property management companies, residents, and technical teams. The professional will be responsible for ensuring that implementations occur according to technical standards, established deadlines, and execution quality. ### **Main Responsibilities** * Supervise implementation schedules and coordinate technical teams in the field * Ensure installations are carried out according to quality and safety standards * Conduct technical inspections and monitor construction progress * Interact with building managers (syndics), property management companies, residents, and installation teams, ensuring alignment and effective communication * Organize schedules for technical visits, installations, and construction monitoring * Support resolution of operational issues and conflicts during the implementation process * Control and organize technical documentation and operational records * Monitor implementation performance and provide technical support when necessary * Act as liaison with internal departments such as sales, warehouse, finance, and documentation * Track performance indicators and contribute to improving implementation processes ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in **Civil Engineering or related fields** * **Active ART or RRT registration** * Experience in **construction projects, building installations, or system implementation in condominiums** * Experience in **field-based technical team management** * **Valid Class B driver’s license** ### **Expected Profile** * Strong communication skills and ability to relate effectively with diverse stakeholders * Organizational skills and capacity to manage time and priorities * Practical mindset, logical reasoning, and problem-solving focus * Ability to handle unforeseen events and resolve field conflicts * Leadership posture and capability to supervise technical teams ### **Benefits** * Meal Voucher * Health Insurance * Transportation Allowance (optional) Minimum Education Level: Bachelor’s Degree * Transportation Allowance * Meal Voucher * Group Life Insurance * Health Insurance
