Leadership in team management and relationship-building with diverse stakeholders We are conducting a confidential selection process for the position of **Implementation Supervisor**, a professional who will directly coordinate field teams responsible for technical installations in residential condominiums and commercial buildings. We seek a candidate who is **communicative, organized, proactive, and possesses strong logical reasoning**, capable of managing field teams, administering schedules, and interacting with various stakeholders—including building managers (syndics), property management companies, residents, and technical teams.
