We are supporting a partner in the Cafeteria segment in searching for a Generalist HR Analyst to join the team. The position plays a strategic role in process structuring, ensuring compliance, organization, and strengthening of the organizational culture.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Structure processes, internal policies, and strengthen organizational culture, with focus on governance and performance;
* Perform payroll calculation and closing, including salaries, overtime, allowances, benefits, deductions, and variable components;
* Execute hiring and termination processes, ensuring document verification and adherence to legal deadlines;
* Calculate and manage vacation time, 13th salary, absences, leaves, and other labor-related events;
* Verify labor and social security charges (INSS, FGTS, eSocial, DCTFWeb, and FGTS Digital);
* Ensure correct submission of legal obligations to competent authorities, guaranteeing compliance with labor legislation;
* Update and maintain information in the payroll system and internal controls;
* Create, monitor, and analyze HR and Payroll KPIs and indicators;
* Support recruitment and selection processes, especially for high-demand and high-turnover operational positions;
* Conduct new employee onboarding;
* Manage time tracking, banked hours, and specific work schedules;
* Provide support to managers and leaders on labor legislation and internal policies;
* Support organizational climate initiatives, internal marketing, and internal communication;
* Maintain organized physical and digital files, ensuring confidentiality and information security.
**Mandatory and Desired Qualifications:**
* Over 5 years of experience as a Generalist HR professional or HR Business Partner
* Completed undergraduate degree in Human Resources, Administration, Psychology, Accounting, or related fields
* Postgraduate studies related to the field are an advantage
* Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Experience with Time Tracking Systems (Control ID)
* Familiarity with benefits management systems
