We're looking for someone curious, organized, and who enjoys building connections and opening doors for major sales! Your main responsibilities: Qualify leads coming from digital channels and events, understanding their buying stage and interest; Conduct active prospecting via phone, e\-mail, and LinkedIn; Identify decision-makers and map opportunities within companies; Schedule meetings between leads and the technical sales team; Support the creation of proposals and follow-up reports; Keep the CRM always updated with complete and reliable information; Monitor regional trends and data, feeding the system with market insights; Participate in sales meetings and training sessions, contributing ideas and learnings; Assist the team with technical visits and operational tasks. What we expect from you: Experience in active prospecting, inside sales, SDR, or active call center; Strong oral and written communication skills; Organization and attention to detail when entering information into the CRM; Ability to build relationships and identify opportunities; Curious, analytical profile with a results-oriented mindset.
