Job Summary: Professional responsible for installation and repair of FTTH and FTTA networks, ensuring connectivity and service quality for residential customers. Key Highlights: 1. We’d love to meet you! \#whatgoesonourfiber \#fiberteam **Responsibilities and Duties** To build this team with us, the candidate will face the following challenges: * Performing installation and repair services for FTTH and FTTA residential network technologies; * Resolving service faults—such as slow speeds, Wi-Fi issues, no connectivity, or intermittent service; * Removing cables from canceled customer accounts to free up capacity for new customers; * Assessing service feasibility when the commercial team is uncertain whether our network covers a given area; * Relocating equipment within the same residence (e.g., moving from one room to another); * Relocating equipment to a new address upon customer request; * Performing upgrades—replacing or adding equipment when customers upgrade their plans; * Participating in training sessions and meetings when invited; * Performing other duties consistent with the role. **Requirements and Qualifications** Ideal Candidate Profile: * Completed high school education; * Valid Brazilian driver’s license, Category B (permanent); * NR-10 (electrical safety) and NR-35 (work at heights) certifications preferred; * Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Flexibility regarding working hours and willingness to travel; * Prior experience in telecommunications companies preferred. **Additional Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Transportation allowance * Giga Inclusão – Support for dependents with disabilities (PCD) * Total Pass * Birthday day off * Extended maternity leave (180 days) and paternity leave (20 days) * Psicologia Viva (available to those enrolled in Amil health plan) * E-learning platform via intranet * Tour House: 5%–12% discounts on airline tickets, hotel reservations, and car rentals * Movida: 10% discount applied to daily rental rates * Samsung Partner Portal Guided by our purpose—to **connect people, ideas, and businesses, promoting digital and social inclusion in Brazil**—Alloha Fibra is today the largest independent fiber optic group in the country.
