Are you ready to join us on this journey? **Responsibilities and duties** **What are we looking for?** An agile and efficient person. **Your day-to-day responsibilities** * Responsible for providing user support via phone, remote, or in-person assistance, as well as logging incidents to enable analysis and resolution of tickets, escalating them to resolver teams when necessary; * Tickets related to operating systems, software, hardware, networks, Microsoft Office suite, databases, printers and peripherals, as well as technical requests concerning services, security, and products; * Providing technical support to ensure high availability and performance of our clients’ platforms, and, when required, guiding and training users. **Requirements and qualifications** **Basic knowledge of:** * Windows; * Active Directory; * Certificate Services; * Cluster and NLB; * Terminal Server; * Computer Networks; **Working Hours** * **08:00 to 17:00** **NOTE:** Hey!
