(A) Adaptability — We value and develop each person uniquely At Costa Brava, you’ll find an environment that values diversity, learning, and continuous growth for all employees! ***#JoinCostaBrava*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure accuracy in recording all company financial transactions, including revenues, expenses, investments, and cash flow. * Ensure bank reconciliations are performed and accounting records are accurate. * Prepare financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements (DRE), cash flow statements, and other legally or management-required accounting evidence. * Monitor and analyze expenses and revenues to contribute to optimizing business results. * Manage inventory control, ensuring correct asset accounting. * Ensure compliance with tax and fiscal obligations, with emphasis on speed and automation. * Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and clarifications. * Participate in payroll and social charges processing in coordination with the HR department. * Stay up-to-date on fiscal, tax, and accounting legislation. * Provide accurate financial information to support senior management decision-making. * Lead chart-of-accounts configurations, accounting rules, and financial automation setups in the Benner ERP. * Collaborate with technology, controller, and business teams to drive continuous improvements. **Requirements and Qualifications** Mandatory prerequisites * Completed undergraduate degree in Accounting Sciences. * Active CRC registration, authorized to sign financial statements. * Solid experience in corporate accounting, including internal roles within companies. * Experience working with companies taxed under the Real Profit regime. * Practical knowledge of ERP systems (preferably Benner), including accounting configurations and data integration. * Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with strategic departments. * Knowledge of fiscal/accounting bookkeeping, NFSe, ISS calculation, PIS/COFINS, IRPJ, CSLL.
