What are the job responsibilities?
* Work within the planning, monitoring, and control team for complex projects in the solar power plants, substations, and transmission lines segments.
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Production, or Electrical Engineering;
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in planning renewable energy (solar) and substation projects;
* Proficiency in MS Project (advanced), Power BI, AutoCAD, and Office Suite;
* Experience with Lean Construction (Pull Planning and constraint management);
* Analytical mindset, proactive attitude, and strong communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Advantages:
* Intermediate to advanced English (reading contracts and technical documents);
* Experience in budgeting and integrated physical-financial planning, particularly as an EPC contractor;
* Experience in large-scale solar energy projects and medium- and high-voltage substations;
* Experience with BIM 4D and project management software.
In your daily activities, you will:
* Develop detailed construction planning (MS Project schedules, action plans, S-curves, and progress curves);
* Estimate labor, equipment, and material resource requirements;
* Prepare integrated engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning schedules;
* Create and maintain Power BI dashboards for physical-financial tracking and variance analysis;
* Lead Pull Planning meetings and LPS routines, applying Lean Construction principles;
* Analyze execution constraints, risks, and opportunities, proposing alternative scenarios and action plans;
* Monitor physical construction progress, working with field and planning teams to correct deviations;
* Support engineering, procurement, and execution teams with an integrated planning perspective;
* Conduct performance benchmarking and propose recovery plans when necessary;
* Participate in regular training on ethical practices and compliance;
* Report irregularities or suspicions of bribery practices, ensuring confidentiality;
* Perform other duties inherent to the role.
