Junior Analyst - Communication and Marketing (Designer)

**Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Working Hours:** 8 hours/day **Level:** Professional **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT Labor Code Responsible for creating and developing graphic materials aligned with the organization’s visual identity, strengthening internal and external communication. Collaborate in executing institutional and promotional campaigns, ensuring visual consistency and technical quality. Support content production for social media, presentations, printed and digital materials. Contribute creative ideas, monitor design trends, and propose innovative design solutions. Partner with internal departments and demonstrate commitment to co-creating promotional, institutional, and external events. Ensure strategic alignment of deliverables with company objectives. **Requirements:** * Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Advertising and Public Relations, or related fields; * Advanced proficiency in design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.); * Basic knowledge of video editing and/or motion graphics (Premiere, After Effects, etc.); * Experience creating diverse graphic materials (online and offline); * Familiarity with branding, visual identity, and social media design; * Strong communication skills, creativity, proactivity, and attention to detail; * High sense of responsibility and productivity; * Organizational ability and teamwork skills. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Adobe Creative Cloud certification. * Specialized courses in Art Direction or Digital Design. * Entry-level Motion Design certification. * Workshops or courses in Visual Identity and Branding. **NOTE:** Submission of a portfolio showcasing examples of developed graphic pieces (social media, printed materials, presentations, visual identities, etc.) is mandatory to participate in the selection process.
