We are looking for a Senior Scrum Master **You will take on the following responsibilities:** * Ensure the team understands and correctly applies Scrum principles and practices. * Act as a facilitator, mentor, and change agent, promoting an agile culture within the organization. * Facilitate Scrum ceremonies: Daily Scrum, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Retrospective. * Remove impediments that may affect team productivity. * Promote collaboration across departments and stakeholders, ensuring alignment and transparency. * Protect the team from external interruptions and maintain focus on Sprint goals. * Support the Product Owner in backlog management and priority definition. * Foster continuous improvement through agile practices and metrics (KPIs, burndown charts, etc). * Ensure delivery of value to the customer, aligned with business objectives. **Requirements and skills we seek:** * Completed or ongoing degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Systems Analysis and Development, or related fields; * Experience applying agile methodologies, working as a Scrum Master, with strong cross-departmental integration skills. * Development of KPIs, facilitation of squad ceremonies, and assurance of tangible value delivery.
