Aligned with our DNA, we aim to foster a sustainable, developmental, and safe work environment. **Work Location: Nossa Senhora da Glória, Sergipe** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Analyze system management reports and propose actions for process improvement or resolution; * Monitor vegetative growth data; * Perform validation of consumer unit registration data; * Monitor KPIs (key performance indicators) related to customer service, billing, and revenue collection, supporting problem resolution with customer service teams or customers per company-defined practices; * Analyze customer volume and billing data to ensure accurate billing and clarify customer inquiries; * Manage field operations (meter readers and inspectors), providing daily support for inquiries, issues, or routine requests, aiming to deliver quality customer service and fulfill service orders (SOs); * Analyze billing and registration processes for social tariffs, ensuring compliance with internal procedures and applicable legislation; * Approve operational requests, service orders (SOs), and meter reading schedules, comparing reading data against revenue, volume, and connections to ensure numerical accuracy and requesting revisions as needed. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Engineering, Administration, Economics, Accounting, or related fields; * Experience in data analysis; * Proficiency in SQL, PowerPoint, Advanced Excel, Power BI, and Python; * Driver’s license category B At Iguá Saneamento, we value diversity in all contexts and strive to foster an ethical and inclusive culture.
