Qualifications * Engineering (all disciplines), Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, and Statistics. * Specializations and/or Master’s degree in automation, data, or big data will be considered a plus. * Specializations and/or Master’s degree in project management will be considered a plus. * Intermediate English. * Lead and manage the technological and digital transformation agenda according to company strategies and factory needs; * Lead research and development projects for technology and innovation in industrial areas, using project management and change management tools (GPGM), to ensure compliance with company standards and provide technical contribution to the development of industrial equipment and solutions together with suppliers and cross-functional teams; * Lead, develop, and implement agile machine learning, AI, robotics, and automation programs; * Conduct feasibility studies (payback), prepare investment proposals (Business Case), monitor progress throughout all project phases (including on-site), identifying and correcting potential issues to ensure achievement of project KPIs; * Work on data governance, ensuring data compliance and quality, as well as their security, infrastructure support, and maintenance; * Coordinate integration among departments jointly responsible for project deliverables, managing conflicts and negotiating acceptance of deliverables with stakeholders; * Identify improvement opportunities, propose disruptive and digital ideas, suggest and standardize technical and global protocols for digital transformation; * Develop and monitor project schedules, defining stages and deadlines for each activity, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements across all projects to meet national legislation; * Identify risks and opportunities in projects, propose countermeasures to mitigate or leverage these scenarios, and prepare Status Reports for ongoing projects; * Train and develop the factory team on digital tools and new implementations, as well as promote forums, events, workshops, and visits focused on technological development of the factory and its employees. 2512270202491711449
