Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional to ensure the availability and reliability of industrial assets, focused on continuous improvement and operational stability of the plant, working with leadership and organization. Leadership to structure processes and improve KPIs The unit operates with multiple extrusion lines and three shifts. We seek a professional with a strong technical profile, organizational capability, and leadership skills, prepared to structure processes, improve KPIs, and contribute to the plant’s operational stability. Ensure maximum availability and reliability of industrial assets, guaranteeing disciplined execution of corrective, preventive, and predictive maintenance, with focus on reducing breakdowns, process stability, safety, and continuous improvement. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Ensure execution of the preventive maintenance plan. * Reduce repetitive failures and increase MTBF. * Work to reduce MTTR. * Structure and monitor daily maintenance routines. * Conduct failure analyses (5 Whys / Ishikawa). * Collaborate closely with Production and Process teams for cycle stability. * Technically develop the team. * Ensure safety during interventions. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related fields. * Experience in industrial maintenance within a continuous production environment. * Experience with KPIs (MTBF, MTTR, Backlog, Availability).
