Join our family! #### **Daily Responsibilities:** * Develop the strategic and budgetary planning for your area, monitoring business transformations; and budgetary planning for the area. Stay attentive to market trends and propose strategies. * Ensure results from logistics flows by monitoring data to support better decision-making. * Monitor KPIs and data, with a focus on continuous improvement. * Provide technical advisory support for logistics process implementation, serving as a reference on techniques, procedures, and methodologies. * Promote and disseminate a safety-at-work culture, treating safety as a non-negotiable value. #### **Required Qualifications:** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Logistics, Engineering, Business Administration, or related fields. * Practical experience, competencies, and skills in people management, process management, and continuous improvement. * Full availability of working hours. * Intermediate Excel, Power BI. * Prior experience as a Logistics Coordinator.
