




Help Desk Internship Position Description: We are looking for an intern to assist with technical support within our Help Desk team. The intern will be responsible for helping users, resolving hardware and software issues, and maintaining updated documentation. Responsibilities: * Respond to user requests for technical support * Perform maintenance and configuration of computer equipment * Install and update software and operating systems * Assist in resolving network and connectivity issues * Document technical procedures and problem solutions Requirements: * Currently pursuing a higher education degree in information technology-related fields * Basic knowledge of hardware and software * Good communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a team and under pressure * Availability to intern 30 hours per week
