Job Summary: You will join the Construction team, managing construction sites, verifying procedures, and proactively identifying deviations to propose solutions. Key Highlights: 1. Inclusive culture and career opportunities at a major Engineering and Construction company You will join the **Construction team.** **Responsibilities and duties** * Full-time site management * Daily execution of VAR (Verification of Compliance with Requirements) and DO (Site Diary) * Preparation of Fast’s standard weekly report * Verification and validation of execution procedures, approved materials, and on-site scope * Proactive identification of deviations from objectives and proposal of solutions balancing cost, benefit, quality, schedule, value, and safety * Weekly construction control and planning using Lean Construction principles * Economic control of activities under your responsibility * Budget analysis and supplier negotiation * Adherence to Grupo Método’s procedures and contribution to their continuous improvement * Compliance with environmental operational controls applicable to your area of responsibility * Responsibility for maintaining up-to-date records of site actions **Requirements and qualifications** * Completed undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering or Architecture and Urban Planning; * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, MS Project, and AutoCAD is desirable; * Active CREA or CAU registration. **Additional information** Swile Card – Flexible Benefits Total Pass Partnerships with Postgraduate, Extension, and Language Institutions Corporate University At Grupo Método, we work to foster an inclusive culture.
