Electro-Mechanical Technician

* Inspect installed equipment according to predefined standards, verifying operational conditions, identifying/determining faults, and observing equipment during operation; * Arrange for correction of identified defects, determining their causes; * Read records and indicator instruments, open and check internal conditions, tapping, listening to noises with appropriate devices, interpreting diagrams/drawings when necessary, recording abnormalities, and following the activity prioritization routine, informing all involved parties about the criticality of intervention (PCM, Leadership and Production); * Create files for new equipment, registering their data; * Perform inspections related to factory preservation, checking for makeshift work, wear, etc., recording findings and requesting maintenance; * Inspect vital factory equipment, measuring, analyzing, and issuing reports on vibration levels and operating conditions, requesting and carrying out immediate or non-immediate corrections; * Keep the Rotating Machinery Inspection Calendar updated, performing inspections, issuing detailed technical reports on problems found, and reporting solutions implemented; * Prioritize and execute mechanical service scheduling during plant shutdowns, define execution priorities, inspect key equipment, perform field dynamic balancing, test equipment subjected to maintenance, and supervise mechanical services during assembly and disassembly of vital equipment; * Keep equipment records updated, reflecting modifications and new installations in the factory; * Prepare Inspection Reports (Check Lists) for new equipment and seek to optimize existing ones; Perform dynamic balancing on spare rotating parts, Laser Alignments, LP and Ultrasonic Inspections. Be aware of significant environmental aspects in your area and comply with the Company's Integrated Management Policy – Quality, Food Safety and Environment. Conduct periodic inspections at electrical substations, monitoring temperature, oil level, pressure, physical condition of panels, performing measurements and interventions when necessary, ensuring proper operation of the entire factory's electrical system; Perform periodic inspections on electrical equipment and instruments in classified areas (locations presenting explosion risks), recording conditions and needs for preventive and/or corrective interventions, and mobilizing maintenance teams for appropriate actions; Conduct periodic inspections on measurement instruments or control components to ensure reliability and tuning of control loops. Instrument analysis and calibration, verification or comparison. Propose improvements in machine inspection processes and inspection report generation, aiming to better support preventive and corrective maintenance interventions. Interact with maintenance teams, providing status updates on production and machinery inspections, as well as possibilities to minimize recurring failure rates, contributing to more effective maintenance interventions.
