You will lead a team of 15 people (directly and indirectly), distributed between Buenos Aires and São Paulo, advancing a strategic UX vision aligned with business goals and focused on delivering real value to users. We’re looking for someone who challenges it. **Key Responsibilities** ✈️ Strategic UX Leadership in the Brazil Tribe: Define and execute the UX strategy for Brazil—the fastest-growing market for Decolar and the epicenter of innovation and experimentation. Serve as the UX reference in the territory, leading creative and disruptive initiatives that later scale to other markets. Collaborate with local stakeholders (Product, Commercial, Tech, Marketing) to align design vision with business objectives. ✈️ Post-Sales Product: Lead the user experience for the post-sales product, ensuring travelers have a seamless, clear, and efficient experience at every stage of their journey. Manage the design of tools for post-sales operations, optimizing internal and external processes that directly impact customer satisfaction. Implement user-centered solutions that reduce friction, improve operational efficiency, and generate value for both customers and the business. Design Operations & Design System: Lead the strategy and execution of Design Ops—optimizing processes, tools, and workflows to manage and evolve Design, ensuring quality and scalability of the UX team. System, ensuring consistency, quality, and efficiency in the regional product experience. Implement continuous improvements in how design teams work—breaking down barriers and driving structural change. ✈️ Cross-Functional Team Leadership: Lead a team of 15 people (directly and indirectly), distributed between Buenos Aires and São Paulo—including designers and content specialists, Design Ops experts, and technical professionals. Foster a culture of continuous feedback, collaboration, and constant learning. Manage key stakeholders in Brazil and Argentina, aligning visions and reaching consensus in complex environments. Make decisions grounded in data, iteration, and experimentation. **What We’re Looking For?** *Experience & Seniority:* Proven experience leading design teams in tech companies. Technical executive-level proficiency: You need not be a hands-on designer, but you must deeply understand technical processes and design system management. Prior experience in B2B, SaaS, digital platforms, or complex products is a plus. Experience managing remote or geographically distributed teams (desirable). *Mindset & Culture:* Change agent: You do not settle for the status quo. Ability to structure robust, scalable technical processes. *Bonus:* Familiarity with the Brazilian market and/or experience working in LATAM regional teams. Experience in post-sales, customer service, operations, or transactional products is highly valued. Experience in e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-volume transactional platforms.
