Ensure rapid detection and resolution of issues affecting your team; Actively identify issues related to other teams that interface with yours. Optimize inefficiencies in interfacing teams—either by executing improvements directly or by mobilizing your team to do so. Recognize opportunities to apply new concepts when solving problems, always considering feasibility and simplicity. Review deliverables from interfacing teams, focusing on best practices for pull requests and emphasizing engineering, product, and business alignment. Provide constructive feedback during code reviews to foster continuous improvement across teams. Identify and resolve issues affecting interfacing teams. **Requirements and qualifications** **Requirements:** Back-end development experience, preferably with Node.js. Experience with TypeScript. Experience with microservices and distributed architectures. Experience with observability. Experience with New Relic is a plus. Experience designing and consuming APIs, especially GraphQL. Experience with NoSQL databases, preferably MongoDB. Familiarity with messaging systems and event processing, preferably Kafka. TDD and test automation. Continuous integration / continuous delivery processes and containerization. Secure software development (OWASP). Version control with Git: proficiency in Git usage. Ability to analyze requirements and propose scalable architectures. Strong communication skills to clearly explain complex solutions. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or related fields.
