Job Description: * Design, develop, and implement medium-to-advanced complexity features in Delphi systems; * Create custom graphical user interfaces and integrate with databases and APIs; * Review code written by other developers to ensure adherence to company best practices and standards; * Analyze and resolve complex issues in existing systems, proposing effective and innovative solutions; * Optimize performance of existing code and suggest architectural improvements; * Maintain and update technical documentation for systems and modules, ensuring clarity and accessibility; * Define and promote coding standards and best practices within the team. Requirements: * Proficiency in Object Pascal language and efficient use of the Delphi IDE; * Proficiency in SQL query optimization and database administration for Oracle, SQL Server, or PostgreSQL; * Understanding and application of design patterns such as MVC, MVVM, and DDD (Domain-Driven Design); * Ability to refactor legacy code to improve efficiency, readability, and maintainability.
