Fixed-term contract ending on 02/15/2028\. * **Schedule: 1 vacancy** Monday through Friday, from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM **Responsibilities:** Supervise technical operations. Coordinate teams of console and audio operators, monitor audio quality during live broadcasts, control modulation, VU meters, and transmitted signal, ensuring adherence to the broadcast schedule. Plan and manage resources. Define equipment specifications, budget operational expenses, schedule preventive maintenance, request transmission lines, and arrange corrective maintenance when necessary. Monitor and investigate incidents. Track program schedule execution, detect transmitter or cable failures, operate redundancy systems, consolidate incident reports, and ensure signal stability. Train and develop the team. Evaluate operator performance, identify training needs, schedule leaves/shifts, define team profiles, and facilitate technical training on new technologies. Ensure compliance with standards and safety. Inspect equipment condition, comply with ANATEL and occupational safety regulations, research technological trends, and alert regarding replacement of obsolete components.
