If this describes you and you share our passion for energy, we would be delighted to meet you! **Responsibilities and duties** **Job Mission:** Inspect transmission lines, monitoring and coordinating maintenance activities performed by your team of electricians, complying with internal requirements and processes and improvements determined by the contract supervisor, in order to ensure the highest quality in service delivery. **Responsibilities:** * Lead and guide inspection activities, anticipating necessary resources, complying with legal, safety and engineering regulations, in order to fulfill the maintenance plan, established targets, and ensure maximum availability and reliability of assets; * Perform and/or guide the team in carrying out daily predictive, preventive and corrective maintenance activities on energized and/or de-energized transmission lines, anticipating necessary resources and complying with legal, safety and engineering regulations, in order to meet the maintenance plan, established goals, and ensure maximum availability and reliability of assets; * Be responsible for executing specialized maintenance on energized lines, complying with Engineering procedures and requirements established by Occupational Safety, aiming to maintain LT availability and reliability and comply with the maintenance plan; * Respond to emergency and urgent situations, performing special inspections, locating and identifying causes of automatic outages, in order to clarify events and restore transmission function as quickly as possible; * Contribute to the conservation and maintenance of facilities and branch offices, reporting to the supervisor the control of expiration/payment dates related to utilities, taxes and insurance, ensuring good infrastructure conditions for proper activity development; * Receive and accompany visits and audits from external agencies, as directed by the immediate supervisor, meeting demands and presenting documents to demonstrate compliance with legal requirements according to established regulations; * Assist the supervisor in local administrative/financial/accounting management (cash), complying with financial administrative procedures, contributing to the issuance of income and expenditure reports supported by invoices, in order to comply with financial administrative procedures; * Keep the maintenance management software updated with information resulting from inspections, in order to report/control maintenance activities completion and keep maintenance indicators up to date; * Provide technical information regarding equipment and system failures and performance, reporting specific data to support analysis by Engineering specialists; * Ensure proper use and conservation of transmission line maintenance tools and instruments, aiming to maintain safety and company assets; * Establish routine contact with landowners through which transmission lines pass, identifying and reporting dissatisfaction points to the supervisor, in order to maintain good relationships and guarantee free access for service execution; * Prepare inspection and technical reports, following standards pre-established by Engineering, in order to meet deadlines and legal requirements of the current contract; * Monitor and/or perform commissioning and reception of new equipment and transmission lines, complying with the commissioning plan and executive project, in order to obtain approval for commercial operation; * Assist the substation team in developing predictive, preventive and corrective activities, in order to meet the maintenance plan and established targets; * Operate company vehicles complying with traffic laws and fleet policies, safeguarding safety, assets and the image of COTESA and the Client; * Receive materials and equipment, controlling, organizing, cleaning and maintaining spare parts in good condition, complying with established procedures, suggesting storage condition improvements, aiming to keep inventory in optimal usage conditions; * Comply with and guide the team in adhering to legal regulations and internal procedures, keeping safety documentation up to date, supervising correct use and maintenance of PPE and collective protection equipment, acting preventively in activity monitoring, identifying risk situations, proposing control measures to SESMT, in order to safeguard health and safety; * Maintain good relations with the client's local team, in order to align service demands arising from client requests with internal demands; * Comply with environmental requirements, supervising and guiding the work team to meet current legislation and environmental programs derived from project licensing; * Contribute to the development and execution of Contingency Plans and/or Emergency Response Plans and/or Dam Safety Plans, following internal procedures, identifying deviations and implementing necessary actions for compliance, sizing required resources, in order to ensure operationality and safety of people and facilities; * Contribute to the preparation of technical specifications, following internal procedures, in order to contract specialized services; * Assist in monitoring area indicators, identifying weaknesses and distortions, suggesting actions and assisting the supervisor in implementing corrective actions, in order to achieve better results in area processes and support strategic decision-making; * Contribute to the development of other team members, guiding task execution and sharing knowledge, reporting difficulties and training needs to the supervisor, in order to support team capacity building;
