Support data collection and organization for expense analysis using the Matrix Expense Management (GMG) tools. Support data collection and consolidation for performance analysis and KPI tracking. Assist in implementing process and management tool improvements by providing insights and suggestions. Support identification of operational gaps and follow-up on proposed corrective actions. Provide internal client support regarding the use of methodologies and tools for planning and performance management. Assist in creating and updating spreadsheets, reports, and templates supporting departmental processes, ensuring proper use of available systems. Support activities related to GPD (Performance and Development Management). Contribute to the department’s administrative and operational routine, ensuring organization and timely delivery.
