Compliance with Law No. 14,133/2021 Dynatest Engenharia seeks a professional to work as a Tender Analyst, with experience in public tender processes, tender document analysis, and support for preparing technical and commercial proposals, especially in the engineering and infrastructure sector. **Main Responsibilities:** * Analyze tender notices, identifying participation conditions, qualification requirements, and evaluation criteria. * Prepare technical and administrative summaries of tender notices to support decision-making. * Support the preparation and organization of technical and commercial proposals. * Monitor deadlines, required documents, and tender requirements. * Attend public sessions, clarification requests, and administrative appeals. * Ensure compliance with Law No. 14\.133/2021 and related legislation. **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in public tendering. * Knowledge of tender and administrative contract legislation. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in consulting engineering or infrastructure companies. * Familiarity with electronic tender platforms (Comprasnet, Licitanet, etc.). * Knowledge of technical proposal analysis and evaluation criteria. Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree
