




Job Summary: An IT professional with experience in Linux server administration and Zabbix monitoring systems, responsible for configuring and managing complex infrastructures. Key Highlights: 1. System administration in Red Hat architectures and virtualization \- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or completion of any undergraduate program accompanied by a postgraduate certificate (specialization, master's, or doctoral degree) in Information Technology with a minimum duration of 360 hours; \- Minimum of 4 (four) years of proven experience in Linux server administration, especially on Red Hat-based distributions such as CentOS, running typical services in this environment and available within the infrastructure, including: NFS Server; Postfix Mail Transfer; Apache Server in reverse proxy mode; web content filtering via Squid Proxy/LightSquid; etc. \- Minimum of 2 (two) years of proven experience in administering the Zabbix monitoring service, version 5\.2 or higher, in LAN/WAN network environments containing various network assets, such as edge switches, ToR and Core Switches, NGFW firewalls, SAN networks with FC switches, storage systems and tape libraries operating over Fibre Channel protocol, Wi\-Fi Access Points, Windows workstations, physical and virtual servers (Windows and Linux), both on private cloud and third\-party cloud platforms. Advanced knowledge of GNU/Linux server configuration, managed locally and remotely via command\-line console, including capabilities to administer local native firewalls (IPTables and Firewalld); automation of processes and tasks using Shell Script and Cron daemon; file and directory access control; integration with Active Directory; configuration of external and internal DNS; allocation of data volumes across different filesystems; remote access via multiple protocols including FTP/SFTP, SSH, and SSL; configuration of HTTP/HTTPS request redirection in reverse proxy mode; configuration of messaging routes via Postfix Mail Transfer; and administration of an internal digital certification authority (CA). \- Advanced knowledge of the Zabbix monitoring solution, version 5\.2 or higher, deployed in an environment comprising Zabbix Server and Zabbix Proxy across LAN/WAN networks with Microsoft Hyper\-V virtual machines and containerized services and applications (OKD and Red Hat OpenShift). Data collection and processing for monitoring via Zabbix Agents installed on Linux and Windows Server hosts, and via "agent\-less" components using various protocols such as SNMP (traps and polls), ODBC, ICMP, TCP, SSH/Telnet, IPMI, HTTP, as well as proprietary collection tools (Java apps, Prometheus, Dell iDrac, specific plug\-ins) and custom scripts. Installation and configuration of data collection packages and widgets; usage of diverse integration modules including Windows Active Directory; Microsoft Hyper\-V; Microsoft Teams; Microsoft SQL Server; Microsoft Exchange Server; Brocade; QLogic; Cisco Switches and Access Points; Dell/EMC Servers and Storage; Git/GitLab; NGinx; Red Hat OpenShift; OpenStack; Grafana; Veritas NetBackup; Samsung network printers. Calibration of alert parameters, SLAs, and synthetic monitoring; creation of monitoring dashboards and panels using various interactive charts, network infrastructure maps, and georeferenced maps.
