Job Summary: An IT professional focused on infrastructure support, ERP and traceability system management, operational integration, and information security. Key Highlights: 1. Innovation and automation initiatives (Industry 4.0) 1\. **Technical Support and Infrastructure** * Install and maintain computers, printers, barcode scanners, and electronic scales. * Ensure network functionality (internet, Wi\-Fi, servers). * Perform maintenance on monitoring and access control systems (entrances, cameras, turnstiles, etc.). 2\. **System and Software Management** * Administer the **ERP system** (e.g., Sapiens, TOTVS, SAP, etc.) used to manage production, inventory, sales, slaughter, and dispatch. * Manage **traceability systems** — critical for identifying the origin and destination of each meat batch. * Automate processes and generate reports for management and regulatory inspectors (SIF, MAPA). 3\. **Integration with Operational Departments** * Provide support to the **slaughter**, **cutting**, **packaging**, and **dispatch** departments, ensuring labels, scales, and barcode readers function properly. * Assist the **quality control** and **laboratory** departments with data analysis and recording systems. * Support the **commercial and administrative** departments with management and communication tools. 4\. **Information Security** * Perform data backups and protect sensitive information (recipes, customers, certifications). * Monitor access and prevent cyberattacks or data loss. 5\. **Innovation and Automation** * Implement new technologies, such as IoT sensors (temperature, humidity), automated cold room controls, and logistics system integration. * Support **Industry 4\.0** and **digital transformation** projects.
