Job Summary: The Construction Assistant supervises teams, ensures compliance with the project and schedule, and guarantees quality and safety during the execution of activities at Pacaembu Construtora. Key Highlights: 1. Team supervision and assurance of safety and physical integrity. 2. Productive control of construction work and execution in accordance with the project and schedule. 3. Ensuring construction quality and compliance with standards. Assist the Construction Foreman in supervising work teams to ensure the physical integrity of each employee; control productive standards on site; guarantee execution of activities according to the project and schedule; Ensure that all stages of the construction process are carried out in accordance with occupational health and safety, environmental, and quality management standards, as well as Pacaembu Construtora’s procedures for housing and infrastructure service execution. **Responsibilities:** * Ensure all tasks are performed in accordance with health, safety, and environmental procedures, participating in Daily Safety Meetings (DDS); * Ensure construction quality; * Verify equipment operation; * Assign tasks to be performed; * Monitor executed work to ensure quality; * Analyze and discuss technical details and instructions of the project to be executed with supervisors; * Guide and monitor schedule execution; * Interpret project documents, reports, construction records, and work orders; * Control material inventories, as well as waste and scrap, equipment, and instruments required for the tasks under supervision; * Monitor construction quality standards, verify specifications of materials used on site, and check storage conditions; * Maintain, clean, preserve, secure, and control all materials, devices, equipment, and the workplace. **Requirements:** Relevant experience in the field.
