Job Summary: We are seeking a professional with Linux and DevOps experience to support production environments using Python/Django, focusing on deployment, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, and optimization. Proposing architectural, security, and automation improvements We seek a professional with Linux (Ubuntu/Debian) and DevOps experience to support production environments using Python/Django, focusing on deployment, containers, CI/CD, monitoring, and performance optimization. ### **Responsibilities** * Deployment and maintenance of Python/Django applications in production * Container management (Docker/Compose) and CI/CD pipelines * Incident support, availability, performance, and scalability * Monitoring (dashboards/alerts) and documentation of routines/environments * Proposing architectural, security, and automation improvements ### **Mandatory Requirements** Education * Bachelor's degree in Information Technology accredited by the MEC; or * Bachelor's degree in any field \+ postgraduate degree (minimum 360 hours) in software development or software engineering Experience * Proven solid hands-on technical experience * Portfolio hosted on repositories such as GitHub/GitLab may be accepted as supplementary evidence Technical Skills * Linux (services, networking, logs, permissions) * Docker/Compose and Nginx (reverse proxy) * Advanced Python (backend \+ automation; virtualenv/pip/poetry) * Production experience with Django (settings, migrations, WSGI) * Gunicorn/uWSGI (tuning) and Redis (caching) * Experience with monitoring tools (Zabbix/Grafana or similar) * Basic understanding of performance and scalability (basic PostgreSQL, load balancing, health checks) ### **Preferred Qualifications** * HAProxy/Traefik, deeper PostgreSQL tuning, SRE/observability Minimum Education Level: Bachelor's Degree * Meal allowance * Food allowance
